Our Troop was founded in June of 1997 after the previous troop had
disbanded many years before. The first
Scoutmaster was Brian Valentine from 1997 to ? Assistant
Scoutmasters since inception have been numberous, Norm Blakely, Carter Moore,
John Stewart, Radford
Ching, Dave Watson, Rob Watson, Dan Lupu, and Dave Valentine.
We started with 5 boys, Will Hanson, Paul Blakely, David Valentine, Dave Soltyshak, and IvanIler.
The founding committee members were Elaine Valentine, Mona Jean Ferrell, Sally Iler, and Advisors Gene and Gary Nethaway.
